The Ethiopian Journal of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EJTVET) is a scholarly publication of the Federal Technical and Vocational Training Institute (FTVTI), one of Ethiopia’s public higher learning institutions dedicated to developing competent TVET trainers, leaders, professionals, and industry technicians.

The journal provides a platform for researchers, educators, TVET practitioners, policymakers, industry professionals, and development partners to share research findings, innovative practices, and emerging ideas that contribute to the advancement of Technical and Vocational Education and Training and the world of work.

EJTVET publishes original, high-quality, and evidence-based scholarly works addressing contemporary issues and emerging trends in TVET. The journal welcomes empirical research, systematic and literature reviews, case studies, theoretical and conceptual papers, methodological studies, and book reviews, particularly those that generate practical knowledge and contribute to improving TVET systems, institutions, teaching and learning, skills development, and workforce development.
